bubbly is made from a unique blend of estate grown Cabernet
Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot. Fermentation was completed
naturally using indigenous yeast. Aromas and flavors of wild
strawberries, pink grapefruit and pomegranates are surrounded by
a crisp, citrus minerality. Delicately fresh and lively, this wine is easy
