The Nosiola grape variety was intensively cultivated on the Avisane hills; at Maso Sette Fontane (500 m ASL), set in the Municipality of Giovo, a small vineyard that still bears testimony to this historic cultivation. The calcareous, coarse-silty soil sitting on sediments of mainly dolomite lithology favours the accumulation of the characteristically flowery aroma of this wine. Of a straw-yellow colour, the aroma of hazelnut, wild apple and rose petal fades to a pleasurable sensation of vanilla. This wine is fresh, dry and mineral.
