Intense golden-yellow with fine notes of rose and lychee, with attractive spiced notes. The palate is luscious and refined. Juicy stone-fruit characters; highly elegant with exceptional balance and length over mineral nuances; tastes nimble, with long cellaring potential.
Wine Spectator 95 points - Rich and well-crafted, offering deep and rich flavors of peach, apricot, golden raisin and allspice layered with cream and butterscotch. Light on its feet, this displays plenty of vibrant acidity and a long, plush and unctuous finish. Drink now through 2040. 75 cases made.-KM

Vinous 93 points - Golden amber with pinkish highlights. Discreet aromas of candied quince, rose petal, lichee and dried fruits, with delicate botrytis spice. A peppery black cherry flavor is nicely accented by tobacco and oak. The vibrant spice carries the sweetness effortlessly, giving the wine an impression of nimbleness that it does not truly have. Finishes moderately long, with pleasant smoke, cinnamon and honeyed clove nuances.
