The winery Duchi di Castelluccio was born in 1971 as one of the very first to let know and appreciate all over the world the wines produced in the territory of Abruzzo, carrying local culture and tradition abroad with great pride.
The history of the winery is one where small events often were the prelude to great ones. Every choice, opportunity or episode occurred always had the only purpose of creating a production reality capable of guaranteeing the definitive quality of its wines, by using the grapes cultivated in the family farm, strictly monitored by its own agronomists and oenologists.
Today, the “Duchi di Castelluccio” is annexed to the “Tenuta Cipressi” (the “Cipressi Farm”) which not only took over the whole property but also the trademark and the vineyards
