This spumante wine has a fine and persistent perlage. The grapes are exclusively picked in the Cinque Terre area. Its fruity aroma and its dryness and delicate taste make it very enjoyable as an aperitif and it pairs well with all the meal. It is suggested to be served ata temperature of 6-8 °C (42°-47°F).

Over the centuries man has changed the hostile nature of these places: the terraces and dry walls have become part of the landscape. The “Cooperativa Agricoltura” has 300 farmer members, working as a community for the upkeep of this landscape and the appreciation of the most famous fruit of this land: the Cinque Terre wine.
