Olivier Cazenave and his wife Anne realized their dream of making their own wine from their own vines in 2003, taking ownership of Château de Bel and 17 acres of old vines Merlot and Cabernet Franc. In his first consulting project in Bordeaux, winemaker Jeff Carrel (of Puydeval fame) has helped craft ripe, rich and modern wines of amazing richness and concentration.
