This is a new cuvee for the estate, made with 60% Merlot and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon. The grapes were harvested at full maturity. After an intense triage, all the grapes were destemmed.
The wine spent 12 months in new oak barrels.
This is a beautiful and intense red wine that shows very ripe black fruit, with spicy notes of cinnamon.
It is medium-bodied, and has a very long finish. To be enjoyed with a beautiful steak with sauteed mushrooms!
