The strong Pacific Ocean influence and red clayish soils concur to foster this refreshing, crisp, pale yellow-green wine. In nose, very fine grapefruit, white flowers and citric hints combine with a perfect mineral character. It’s an expressive Sauvignon Blanc, with a mineral and slightly salty mouth, with great acidity and a lovely long finish.
| Food pairing |
| It’s usually the first wine to be served, being a great aperitif wine or an excellent option to accompany light first courses, ideally green salads or seafood. It’s a great idea to serve with foie gras, and it complements white meats, light sauces, vegetarian dishes, and fresh pastas with Mediterranean sauces. Cheese-wise, it prefers ripe Cheddar, Gruyere and soft cheeses in general. |
