The « Beaumes de Venise » has a beautiful golden colour. It has an exceptional intense and long taste. Aromas of apricots, ripe peaches, violets and exotic fruits are present. It is has an ample thick taste which gives the impression of biting into a freshly picked grape. Ideal for aperitifs surprising with foie gras, and excellent with deserts such as sorbet and fruit tarts. To be served chilled, between 2 and 6 years old. Older vintages are marvellous with chocolates.
