This wine truly does not resemble other white Bordeaux made mostly from Sauvignon Blanc. But is a local, racy product joining finesse, fruity taste, elegance and good attitude to aging like a great Bordeaux wine. It is elaborated with a lot of care, organic soil improver, trimming, low temperature vinification, breeding in new barrels and stirring of the lees during 8 months.
