Grapes are sourced from Bertani̵7;s estate vineyards in the Soave district. The soil is basaltic with volcanic origin.

|Grapes are harvested at the beginning of September and traditional white wine fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at temperatures of 57-60ºF, with 50% of the juice undergoing malolactic fermentation. The wine then remains in tank on the lees for approximately five months. Following bottling, the wine rests three months before release.
|Delicious on its own or paired with salads, light appetizers, grilled fish and vegetable dishes.
