In keeping with the traditional rosé winemaking method, a small amount of Pinot Noir is added prior to tirage, or second fermentation, to create the deliciously distinctive color. This cuvée of étoile ROSÉ rested for 5 years on the yeast, evolving graciously to be enjoyed when released and for years to come.
