Edmond Besserat founded Besserat Champagne in 1843. After Edmond, his grandsons continued to build the reputation of the house. The brand includes a Brut, Brut Rose, Blancs de Blanc, Vintage 2002, and an Extra Brut. Each is produced with a lower dosage, resulting in a Champagne with lower atmospheric pressure. This style is quite ideal for consumption with food.
